Returns and exchanges
At Saboteur, we aim to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order and shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, please don't hesitate to contact our team. Provide your name, order number, and reason for the return by emailing email@example.com. We will process the exchange or return once we receive the product. Please let us know if you need us to hold a product for you.
For returns, we offer store credit as an electronic gift card, which you can use for future purchases. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. The customer is responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
You have seven days from the delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement if available. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items any longer available for sale or purchased using store credit from a previous exchange.
